Responsibility is not a communication topic for SUTARI – it is an operational principle. We have built a dedicated department for CSR / Supply Chain / Environmental Management because we are convinced that social, ecological and supply chain-related requirements cannot be delegated. They must be structurally embedded, actively managed and effective in day-to-day work – at every level and in every market in which we operate.

We don't outsource accountability. Our teams are on the ground, making sure standards are lived, not just written.

Our CSR teams are internationally present and work operationally within the procurement markets. They conduct audits, support production partners in implementing standards and maintain direct dialogue with factory management, local authorities and international inspection organisations. They hold audit competence in accordance with SA8000 and have in-depth, first-hand knowledge of the regulatory requirements in each respective market and customer.

Sustainable supply chains are not built overnight. We have been working on ours every single day.

The demands placed on sustainable supply chains continue to grow – legally, socially and from clients. The Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, extended environmental standards, rising transparency requirements – we do not merely observe these developments, we actively work to meet them. We continuously evolve our CSR processes, regularly review partnerships and ensure that our supply chain meets the highest standards not only today, but tomorrow as well – economically, socially and ecologically.
